PACO mesh trays are used as sintering baskets for sintering small parts as well as for a number of other applications. PACO screen baskets are particularly important when it comes to the heat treatment of small parts. Compared to solid materials, screen baskets heat up faster and allow a more even flow around the parts, which significantly reduces the amount of energy required. At the same time, they are also extremely heat-resistant (material e.g. 1.4841).

Another field of application is the ultrasonic cleaning of complex and finely structured small parts, tools and assemblies. Ultrasonic cleaning is a widely used cleaning process in industry, including in automotive and mechanical engineering, the jewellery industry and the medical sector.
