As a future-orientated family business, we attach great importance to training our own skilled specialists and future management staff. Providing long-term employment is always our top priority. From the first day of training, we provide our trainees with an experienced coach and a mentor in the form of an older trainee, to provide support and advice throughout the entire training period. Our apprenticeship pay is based on the IG Metall union wage agreement, which means it is one of the highest in Germany. In addition, our trainees benefit from a free RMV public transport ticket, annual trainee events, attractive employee discounts at well-known companies and direct transport links to the A66 motorway and the Steinau an der Strasse train station, which is a three-minute walk away.
