FILTECH 2026

Where comprehensive filtration expertise meets strong partnerships

Three intensive days at the trade fair, countless inspiring conversations and a wealth of new impulses for the future of filtration: FILTECH 2026 was a great success for the PACO Group. Together with our subsidiary HETA Verfahrenstechnik, we showcased in Cologne how modern filtration is approached today: holistically, sustainably, and from a single source. At the heart of our presentation was our “From Mesh to System” approach, spanning from the production of high-quality metal meshes and the development of high-performance filter elements to the process engineering design of complete filtration solutions.

We were particularly pleased by the strong interest in our booth and the many personal conversations with customers, partners, and industry peers. The direct exchange on current challenges and future developments in filtration once again demonstrated how important trade fairs remain as platforms for innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

HETA Filter Service: Rethinking Maintenance

A special focus of our presence at FILTECH was the introduction of the expanded HETA Filter Service. Today, many companies face the challenge of keeping their filtration systems running reliably while qualified maintenance personnel are becoming increasingly difficult to find.

With the HETA Filter Service, we offer a comprehensive support concept for industrial filtration systems. Our range of services includes inspections and preventive maintenance, filter element replacement, as well as the cleaning, testing, and refurbishment of metallic filter elements for safe reuse. This helps extend service life, reduce operating costs, and conserve valuable resources.

The many discussions we had at FILTECH clearly demonstrated that this service approach addresses a key industry challenge and provides real added value for plant operators.

Innovative Solutions for Demanding Filtration Challenges

Our product innovations also attracted considerable interest from visitors. The modular PACO filter candle, featuring individually replaceable and cleanable segments, enables particularly sustainable and cost-efficient operation by significantly reducing downtime and material consumption.

Another highlight was the PACO star filter. Its pleated metal mesh design provides an exceptionally large filtration area, making it especially suitable for demanding applications in fluidized bed dryers.

In addition, together with HETA, we presented our hydrogen filtration solutions. Combining robust high-pressure housings with high-performance metallic filter elements, these systems deliver reliable filtration for the safe transport of hydrogen and underline the growing importance of this future-oriented market.

Personal Connections as the Key to Success

Beyond the technical highlights, it is above all the personal encounters that will remain with us. A particular highlight was our first joint booth party, which brought together numerous customers, partners, and friends of the PACO Group.

What began as a relaxed trade fair evening quickly evolved into a memorable gathering filled with engaging conversations, valuable networking opportunities, and a fantastic atmosphere. The overwhelmingly positive response and the enthusiastic feedback far exceeded our expectations, making the event an unforgettable experience and a true highlight of FILTECH 2026.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to all visitors, as well as to the entire PACO and HETA teams, whose dedication and commitment made this successful trade fair appearance possible. FILTECH 2026 once again demonstrated that successful filtration is driven not only by innovative products, but above all by strong partnerships and close collaboration with our customers.

We are already looking forward to seeing you again at the next opportunity.
